Listen to stations from Last.fm
Fire.fm gives you direct access to the wide musical content available at Last.fm. Right after installing Fire.fm, listening to great music is only a few clicks away! No subscription of any kind required. The Guide page gives you the simple steps you should follow to begin enjoying Fire.fm.

Stop, skip and control the volume
Control your station with the Stop and Skip buttons. You can play the last station you started by just clicking on the Play button. You can also adjust the volume easily from the toolbar and menu.

See real time progress of the current track
Fire.fm's track information control tells you how much time is left for the currently playing track, and the progress meter gives you a good visual cue on the percentage of progress.

Quick access to Last.fm
The first buttons on the toolbar give you quick access to Last.fm. The first button gives you access to the homepage, and the second allows ou to quickly log in and log out from the site.
The Fire.fm track information control allows to easily access Last.fm pages for the track, artist and album, by just clicking on the text in the control, or by clicking in the drop down button to the left of the track name.

Customize your listening experience with Scrobble
Last.fm's Scrobble service keeps track of the songs you listen to, enabling Last.fm to give you an idea of your listening habits and to provide you with recommended music. Your friends will be able to listen to the music you like with only a few mouse clicks!
To enable Scrobble on Fire.fm, all you need to do is log in to Last.fm and allow Firefox to Remember your password. More details about this are available in the Help page.

By logging in to Last.fm and using Scrobble, you get access to a great deal of stations. Listen to music Last.fm thinks you will like. Listen to your friend's favorite music, your own favorite artists, and your neighbors - Last.fm users with a similar musical taste than yours.

Start listening right away with Auto-play
Fire.fm automatically starts playing the last station you listened to, right when Firefox starts. You can disable this in the Preferences window.

Quickly access your recently played stations
The Stations menu has a Recent Stations menu that gives you access to the last 10 stations you played.

Start stations for artists you've heard, with just a few key strokes
Fire.fm stores the artist name for all tracks you play in your browsing history, using a special Fire.fm URL. Begin typing an artist name in the Smart Location Bar and look for the Fire.fm results. You can also type "firefm:" and get a list of recent artist entries. You can disable this in the Preferences window.
